Senior Accountant - DXB

Overview

We are on the lookout for experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Odoo and QuickBooks and analytical mindset. Despite being early in their career, this professional brings sharp expertise, accuracy and commitment — ready to excel in financial reporting, analysis and oversight. . 

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Qualified MBA/ACCA
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in financial reporting.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, analysis and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of asset management operations and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements with accuracy, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Leverage Odoo and QuickBooks for financial reporting, reconciliations and process efficiency.
• Conduct financial analysis to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring both timeliness and accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits through complete documentation, reconciliations and compliance reporting.
