Manager Treasury

Overview 

We are seeking experienced Manager Treasury to join one of our corporate client based in Karachi. This position requires  to oversee treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management, risk mitigation and optimal financial planning to support corporate growth.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• • • Must be a qualified MBA or ACCA.
    • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
    • Demonstrated experience within Pharma or Manufacturing sector.
    • Must have SAP working experience.

Key responsibilities:

• ​Assist in preparing monthly forecasts and arrange funds at the console level. Provide funds to markets in alignment with approved budgets.
• Develop and implement strategies for treasury investments, optimizing returns in compliance with company policies. Manage investment portfolios, ensuring a balance between risk and return. Utilize derivatives to mitigate FX risk and enhance overall treasury performance.
• Record and reconcile all inter - company loans at the console level and with Group company. Record and reconcile intercompany interest over loans and Parent company interest. Plan and execute loan repatriation from local markets and liaise with local regulatory banks for compliance.
• Compile and maintain master bank account data, including registered signatories and commercial aspects. Ensure timely updates of signatories with all banks. Open and manage bank accounts across BUs and close local bank accounts as needed. Implement signatory additions and ensure live balance views of 30+ bank accounts at dedicated portal.
• Manage bank guarantees, including issuance and refunds at National and International level and provide monthly reporting. Handle post-dated cheque reporting, conduct bank vs. GL comparison for accurate closing balances and clear GLs while addressing audit points. Generate user access reports for all bank accounts and oversee treasury-related Oracle transactions.
