Manager Internal Audit.

Overview:

One of our telecom-sector client is looking for experienced Manager – Internal Audit to lead and strengthen their internal audit function. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence and effective risk management across organization, with a particular emphasis on telecom operations, systems and processes.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• CIA / CPA (mandatory) with CISA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in internal audit, risk assurance or related fields, ideally within telecom or technology industries.
• Strong knowledge of MVNO operations, telecom billing systems and revenue assurance.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (including CST).
• Proficiency in audit tools, analytics and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving,and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the internal audit function, ensuring audits are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with professional standards.
• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan covering operational, financial, and compliance areas.
• Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls, processes, and systems across all business units.
• Evaluate MVNO operations, telecom billing systems, and revenue assurance processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., CST) and internal policies.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to develop corrective action plans and track their implementation.
• Utilize audit analytics and technology tools to enhance audit coverage and efficiency.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior auditors and cross-functional teams on audit methodologies and best practices.
