Overview
One of our Karachi-based IT clients is hiring experienced and dynamic Human Resource professional to join their leadership team. This pivotal role will shape HR strategies to attract, retain and develop top tech talent, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- MBA in HRM or MS in Computer Science; additional IT-related certifications or diplomas are a plus.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT, technology, or tech-driven startups.
- Strong expertise in tech talent acquisition, performance management and HR protocols for IT/technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support the growth and scaling of technology teams.
- Plan, manage and execute tech-driven global conferences, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Lead tech talent acquisition and workforce planning to attract, develop and retain high-caliber IT professionals.
- Establish and oversee policies governing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient HR operations.
- Drive initiatives in performance management, learning & development and succession planning to build a motivated and skilled IT workforce.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Leverage HR analytics to measure program effectiveness, guide data-driven decision-making, and optimize HR processes for technical teams.
- Advise leadership on employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development in a tech-centric environment.
