Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading retail brand in Dubai. This role will involve managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and organizational development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing the company’s HR strategy, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, and supporting a growing and dynamic company culture.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Must hold MBA from a renowned university with CHRP.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role within GCC preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication,and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for various retail roles.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management and retention programs.
- Ensure the company is compliant with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on organizational development and HR issues.
