Overview
Our client, a globally established multinational organization with a strong footprint in Pakistan, is seeking dynamic Head of Human Resources (General Manager Cadre).
This role requires strategic HR leader who can act as a change agent, driving transformation, performance culture and people effectiveness across complex business environment. The incumbent will work closely with Director and senior leadership team to align HR strategy with corporate goals and ensure high-performing, future-ready workforce.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Must hold MBA in HRM from top notch Institute (CHRP/CIPD is preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience preferably in MNC or Big Manufacturing Setup.
- 5+ years experience in senior HR leadership role within large, complex or multin ational environments.
- Proven record of leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Performance Management Systems, culture shaping, and employee development.
- Strong strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Must hold MBA in HRM from top notch Institute (CHRP/CIPD is preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with policies and local business priorities.
- Act as strategic business partner to leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive People and Performance Management frameworks, ensuring measurable outcomes and leadership development.
- Lead and implement Change Management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and cultural integration across functions.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Enhance employee engagement, communication and organizational health through data-driven HR analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ethical standards and global HR governance.
- Coach, mentor and develop HR teams to deliver excellence and strategic impact.
