Financial Controller.

Overview

We are seeking Financial Controller to manage all financial operations, including budgets, tax compliance, financial analysis, reporting and forecasting. Key responsibilities include audits, cash management, asset and liability reconciliation and safeguarding financial records.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting is essential.
• Must be a Qualified Chartered  Accountant
  
• Minimum of 6 years PQE experience in financial reporting, with at least 2 years specifically in KSA market, demonstrating a strong understanding of local taxation and financial regulations.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, evaluation, modeling, and forecasting, with a keen attention to detail and a solid grasp of KSA’s financial and legal requirements.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, planning, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Finance Operations Director to establish and optimize three key sub-functions: revenue management, accounts payable and financial reporting & consolidation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead ERP implementation process, including overseeing data migration and system setup to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
• Oversee consolidation and financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and annual closings to maintain financial integrity.
• Develop and implement financial controls, SOPs and automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and standardize processes across the finance function.
• Monitor company’s financial health and performance, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and spearheading initiatives to drive positive change.
• Stay current with advancements in financial technologies and software, leveraging them to automate processes and streamline operations.
• Mentor and develop the financial controlling team, fostering leadership and preparing the next generation of finance leaders.
