Overview

We are seeking a visionary and seasoned professional to take on the role of Group Director Talent Acquisition for a leading conglomerate undergoing major transformation. This leadership position is instrumental in redefining the talent acquisition roadmap and employer brand strategy to support rapid business growth and long-term sustainability.



Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Must hold MBA in HRM from top notch Institute (CHRP/CIPD is  preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience preferably in service based sector.
  •  5+ years experience in senior TA leadership role within large, complex or multin ational environments.
  • Track record of driving organizational change initiatives to enhance effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end recruitment transformations and employer brand repositioning.
  • In-depth understanding of global sourcing channels, modern recruitment technologies, and digital hiring platforms.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs across geographies.
  • Strong executive presence, strategic mindset, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Must Have

  • Must hold MBA in HRM (CHRP/CIPD preferred)
  • Experience working in Service based employers
  • Atleast 12 years core in HRM (incl. 5 years in TA Lead role)
