Overview
Our KSA-based client is seeking experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations as Director for an innovative local service provider.
The role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management and ensuring daily compliance with Saudi labor laws. This is a strategic leadership position with a focus on driving organizational growth through effective people management.
Education, Experience & Skills:

Must hold MBA in HRM from top notch Institute (CHRP/CIPD is preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience preferably in service based sector.

Deep understanding of Local (KSA) HR labor laws, regulations and challenges.
- Track record of driving organizational change initiatives to enhance effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives, driving business success.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Implement effective policies and procedures governing the full employee life cycle, from hire to retire or separation.
- Lead initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent while designing robust performance management systems to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee service and experience while implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and development programs, ensuring alignment between organizational structure and business objectives.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and facilitate continuous learning opportunities throughout the organization.
- Address employee concerns and grievances fairly and timely, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, monitoring industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
- Utilize HR analytics to make informed decisions, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement in HR operations.
