Senior Finance Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager – Corporate Services to oversee finance function of a service-based organization in KSA. The role ensures accurate reporting, robust internal controls and ongoing process improvements to support operational excellence.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• ACA , ACCA , CPA 
  
• Minimum 7+ years PQE, including 3–4 years in an operational, service or controller driven roles. 
  
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Must be located in KSA and available for in-person interviews.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings, ensuring timely, accurate reporting, supported by complete financial records and audit-ready documentation.
• Review financial performance and analyze variances against budgets, forecasts and prior periods, providing clear insights and decision-support analysis to management.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, commentary, KPIs and business insights to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure strong financial governance and compliance, including adherence to financial policies, SOPs, internal control frameworks and safeguarding of organizational assets.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting, implementing best-practice initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost optimization and productivity.
• Lead and develop finance team and key stakeholder partnerships, supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable operations and collaborating with Procurement, HR, Operations and Group Finance to align financial outcomes with business objectives.
