Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Finance & Transformation for a diversified business group based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires a seasoned finance leader with strong expertise in managing overseas companies financial affairs while driving finance transformation initiatives across the organization.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Qualified CA or CPA is mandatory.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing overseas entities and multinational financial operations.
- Strong exposure to finance transformation, process optimization, ERP implementation and business performance management.
- Experience within diversified groups, holding companies, family offices or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee financial affairs of the Group's overseas companies and international operations, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, ERP enhancement and digitalization of finance functions.
- Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, forecasts and performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital management and capital allocation to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, consolidation and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights, support investment decisions, and drive organizational transformation initiatives
