Overview
We are working on a leadership mandate from a diversified Dubai-based group seeking a high-impact Finance Leader to execute overseas financial operations and lead strategic cross-border investment decisions across complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Qualified FCA having Big 4 experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles within multinational or diversified group structures.
- Strong track record in leading international investments, capital allocation and strategic portfolio oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, driving financial discipline, transformation and value creation across global entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial stewardship of the Group’s international entities, ensuring strong governance, compliance and control frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee end-to-end international investment activities, including sourcing, evaluation, structuring, execution and post-investment performance monitoring
- Develop and execute a forward-looking financial and investment strategy aligned with the Group’s global growth and capital deployment objectives
- Manage capital allocation, treasury operations, liquidity planning and efficient deployment of funds across global businesses
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS and applicable international regulatory standards
- Lead financial due diligence, risk assessment, and feasibility analysis for strategic investment opportunities across global markets
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving financial insights, transformation initiatives and value creation across the Group
