Overview
One of the leading Pakistan-based client is seeking experienced professional for the role of HOD Finance & Controlling. This senior position requires to oversee all aspects of financial planning, control, accounting, reporting, taxation, risk management and ERP implementation.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (ACA | FCA) preferably with Big 4 background.
- Minimum 10-12 years PQE, with a significant portion in senior finance leadership roles within top MNCs.
- Hands-on experience with tier-1 ERP systems such as Oracle (preferred) or SAP.

Proven expertise in financial planning, internal controls, and reporting in line with IAS/IFRS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual planning and budgeting process, ensuring timely execution, clear guidelines and actionable variance analysis.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls across financial operations, including cost, cash flow, and inventory management.
- Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with IAS/IFRS and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop responsibility accounting frameworks to monitor and control cost, revenue, investment and asset utilization.
- Deliver accurate and timely internal and external financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage tax compliance, risk mitigation and cash flow planning to ensure financial health and regulatory adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in financial systems through effective use of ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to support business performance, operational continuity and long-term profitability.
