Overview
We are seeking experienced Financial Controller to lead financial operations and FP&A, including budgeting, strategic reporting and ensuring strong financial governance and integrity.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Must be Qualified
Chartered
Accountant from ICAP.
- Minimum of 10 years PQE experience in financial reporting, with at least 2 years specifically in Controller domain, demonstrating a strong understanding of local taxation and financial regulations.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, evaluation, modeling, and forecasting, with a keen attention to detail and a solid grasp of financial and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance Operations Director to establish and optimize three key sub-functions: revenue management, accounts payable and financial reporting & consolidation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead ERP implementation process, including overseeing data migration and system setup to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
- Oversee consolidation and financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and annual closings to maintain financial integrity.
- Develop and implement financial controls, SOPs and automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and standardize processes across the finance function.
- Monitor company’s financial health and performance, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and spearheading initiatives to drive positive change.
- Stay current with advancements in financial technologies and software, leveraging them to automate processes and streamline operations.
- Mentor and develop the financial controlling team, fostering leadership and preparing the next generation of finance leaders.
