Overview

 We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our Karachi-based client, whose business footprint spans multiple countries. As CFO, you'll be instrumental in driving financial strategies and facilitating the sustainable growth of their expanding international operations.


Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant from Big 4 firm.
  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience (PQE) core in finance lead roles.
  • Extensive experience in Manufacturing FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth and profitability. 
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure robust internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.  
  • Foster positive relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders by providing transparent and reliable financial information and insights. 
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
