Bookkeeper (Xero Specialist)

One of our UK-based clients is expanding their back-office operations in Karachi and is actively seeking experienced Bookkeeper with hands-on expertise in Xero Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Xero and a proven track record in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks within this platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international team and make an immediate impact. 


Education, Experience & Skills:

  • MBA in Finance or BS in Finance/Accounting (required).
  • Proven expertise in Xero (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations using Xero.
  • Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Support payroll processing and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management and auditors.
  • Collaborate with UK headquarters and Karachi back-office team for smooth financial operations.

Must Have
